Thought of the day:: the day just bloodly started....

HI EVERYBODY!! im just in the psyc building in the lab usingthe computer waiting for the 5 mins to pass so we can start tutorial at 10 am... so.. will i be able to finish wat i wanna write in 5 mins.... NO... as usual. i have LOTS and LOTS to write...

i didnt hav any time to update last nite coz i was damn tired... kekeke so... jus as im waiting.. i will jus write up watever i can lahz... hmmm... maybe before i even started on my write up.. its time already... OKIE.. i should jus stop blabbering on and on and not get to main point... hahaha

on thursday nite, i missed LAW and ORDER. okie.. tut start liaoz... continue later...
okie.. im back!! yeah yeah yeah... self monitoring project discussion... interesting... yeah.... HAHAHA im not thinking properly... and its like... its so difficult to write... OKIE OKIE
Life gropu was GREAT yesterday. we went to Laurel's and we jus hang out and toked abt stuff... Jeane, Shufen, Gwen , me and of coz.. Laurel... its actually quite fun... in the beginning, we were jus toking abt anything under the sun... tv shows... LAW and ORDER, CIS, NCIS, newly weds.. OC!!... yeah and towards the end, we toked abt more serious stuff like the challenges that we faced.. and guess wat!! im really not alone in this world, whom i sometimes see myself as WERID. coz.... i really have this difficulty in toking... and speaking up in class... EVRYONE in life group as tt fear... the fear of speaking at the wrong time.... toking the wrong stuff... afraid that we might say something silly... im the sorta person who dun tok and can really NOT tok unless i really know u and stuff... ive a quiet nature OKIE... but thruout the years.. im been facing this difficulty.... it jus hav become part of me and in my life... lets not even mention toking in class... i hav difficulty toking to frens whom ive jus know as well... its pretty bad... i get nervous breakdowns... my heart beat like mad...

NOTE: after that day (friday) in lab i wrote the above.. i was rushing my assginment till now... which is sunday afternoon.... will continue on sunday nite then... see yah...
