Thought of the day :: fUn FUN fUN fuN!!!
today was all abt FUN!! woke up in the morning and realised that YY's not going to work today... wanted to asked her wanna go sunshine coast anot but scared she working.... anywayz.. when i found out that she's not working... YEAH!!!! we set off for sunshine coast woth lotsa food and drinks.... first... we dropped by SHELL to pump the petrol UP... stopped for awhile to check out how to get to the places tt we (or maybe its jus me) thought of going.... hehehe it was jus a spontaneous idea mah.... we didnt even tot of exactly which places to go.. then we jus get dressed and got outta the hse liaoz.... with Jay chou's CD playing in the car we set of for Bruce HIghway... 3o mins drive up north... and we havent reached Bruce Highway... and it takes some time on Bruce Highway before we will reach any places... ANYWAYZ... with our faithful CD... which accompany us everytime in our LONG drives... we sang our way thru Bruce Highway... on the way.. it rained... shined... fast... and slow... laughed... cried... wait a min.... since when "crying" is in my and YY's dictionary?? we chatted.. screamed at each other... these dayz... me and YY are having this "shouting at each othe" thingy... where we jus shout at each other for nothing... and of coz... we dun mean it and they are always in a funny kinda way... its fun... try it wif ur best fren... then again... make sure he or she can take it.... dun ltr collect petrol money from u ah...hahahhaa (sorry.. but onli YY will understand TT joke..) first stop :: we reached BIG PINEAPPLE place... looks old... and nobody one... we paid 9 plus bucks each to sit this train ride to see the already-closed macadamia nut factory. nobody is working in the factory... we knew it before hand.. but tot we might as well jus go ahead... since.. THAT was the macadamia nut factory on the street directory... oh well... its an experience... bad choice though... u will find out why..... i bought some nuts... nice... MAQCADAMIA nuts leh... of coz nice lahz... but not cheap u know... anwayz... yeah.. then we headed off... we looked through the street directory again.. to see where's nex... should we go to the ginger factory...??? i tot.... they i saw something.... "LOOK yy..." i said while pointing to the directory.....it sayz.... "NUTWORKS: Macadamia factory chocolate factory FREE entry FREE tasting FREE FREE FREE FREE FREE!!!! " wat the..... and so we head off... besides... it was onli beside the ginger factory... 1st gear... 2nd gear... 3rd gear.. 4th gear... 5th gear... SLOW!! why dun i hav a 6th gear.... damn it... 2nd stop :: THE NUTWORKS FREE entry.. FREE nut tasting FREE FREE FREE!!! THIS time round... we saw people working in a nut factory... and got chocolate melting machine!! where they melt CADBURY chocolate to coat the nuts with the chocolate... YUM YUM... and we saw one of the factory worker took some chocolate and eat... hmmmm.. how nice.. we can only watch from behind the glass panel.... ANWAYZ... in the shop.. there's ALL sorts of macadamia nuts... SALTED:UNSALTED:CHILLI:HONEY ROASTED:WASABI:GARLIC:SOUR CREAM AND ONION:WHITE CHOCOLATE:DARK CHOCOLATE:MILK CHOCOLATE:BBQ:SMOKED:HONEY SESEAME:HICKORY and many many more... i try until i forget liaoz... i bought some to bring back to singapore though... but expensive leh.... ANWAYZ... nutty-ly fulfiled... we headed off to the ginger factory across the road... 3rd stop :: THE GINGER FACTORY FREE entry again!! okie... SO WAT... we are cheapoz... wat to do... one SINAGPOREAN and the other almost HALF a SINAGPOREAN... heh heh heh heh u should hv guessed it... we went in.. walked the shops.... BOUGHT 3 GINGER BREAD MAN!!! exciting rite..? ginger factory must buy ginger bread man one okie.... we jus didnt drink the ginger beer there only... off we go and its four... where can we go when all else is almost closed... 4th stop :: GLASS BLOWING DEMOSTRATION half way outta the place.... the sharp eye me.. saw this sign... (as written in capz above) so i said... "lets go in!!" "u sure can go in one anot..??" YY said with a doubtful tone... " IT says DEMOSTRATION wat... go do it... do something exciting can...?? if cannot go in.. then we walk out lor... u scared wat....?? lets be SPONTANEOUS!!!" i "shouted" i reply... and so.. we walked in... beautiful glasses and vases... and kinda hot inside... coz there are people doing the glass blowing thingy.... its amazing how they "play" with the melted glass like some dough where the shape them into watever shape required.. it must be very hot man... the "dough" is like red in colour and sparkles can be seen when the guy uses a cloth to like cool it down and shape it at the same time... alot of repetitive work is needed too... like cool and shape.. then heat it up again... and cool and shape... and the cyle goes on... i asked the guy.. and he said it takes abt an hour or more do get a vase done... so much work... no wonder the vases sold are so expensive... it started to pour again and so we faster went off...thinking of heading back home... 5th stop :: GLASS HOUSE MOUNTAINS SCENIC LOOKOUT on the way home.. i decided to take the glass house mountains tourist drive to see if we can drop by anywhere... on the way on the tourist drive... we saw very beautiful mountains here and there.... while abt half way thru the tourist drive i saw a "scenic lookout" sign... and so we decided to go for it.... it was quite a long way up but when we finally reached there.. we didnt regret driving up...we saw so many bautiful mountainz... they are all formed by volcano lava.... and so the place that we were at were once a volcano but had become extinct... (DUHZ!!) i went to the toilet... and guess wat... toilets without flushes... yes... no buttons for u to press for water to wash away watever u have passed out... instead... they have this bucket of something which look like shaved tree barks.. which... after u did watever u are supposed to do... scoop one cup of the shaved bark and pour into that deep hole which follows the end of the toilet bowl... hmmmm... one thing i must say... i had a very scary feeling while sitting on that special toilet bowl... feels like the end of the toilet bowl is further away from my butt than usual (which is totally true...). thus.. its abit airy... and thus... tots like... flies... snakes... snails... frogs...ANYTHING can be looking up from down there at my butt.... scary man... but still in the end i managed to put tt tot away and went thru with it.... :P we got lost on our way down... but still managed to find the right way back in the end.. thanx to the capable map reader i have on hand... kekekeke thats basically it... lotsa stuff happening in the car... very fun lah... since when one outing with YY was not fun and not full of laughter... even a movie trip can be very fun already... wat more... its a 7 hour trip out to sunshine coast with 4 plus hours of time in the car... with Jay Chou till the CD wanna spoil liaoz... we planned for some Go Kart.... but 2 people abit boring lahz... wait til nex time when we hav more people hehehe hmmm... my blog too long liaoz... but still got some issues to write on... jus some thoughts these few days.. maybe too much drama series... anyways... gotta go... hv to get some things done tomolo.. think of 8 steps for the upcoming Xlr8 dinner dance... go to the bank... buy some stuff back... anybody wan anything special from aussie?? feel free to let me know lah... *wink* will write abt the issue some other time... stay tune hor..
