Thought of the day :: i didnt remember handling it so well then....
one of my fren's father passed away recently... i know his gf as well... i didnt remember handling as well as she did when Ray's dad passed away in 2002... i dun tink my relationship with his father is any better than her relationship with her bf's father... but i jus didnt handle it as well as her...
i still remember that morning when i got the call from him that he cant come over to my place for tuition (for my sister)... i remembered that taxi ride to bishan... i remembered crying in the taxi asking God, "WHY???".... i remembered arriving at the place at a blur... i remembered the funeral of 5 days... i remembered how strong a front Ray put on... i remembered how upset his mum was.... i remembered the day his dad was buried... i remembered how he broke down crying "daddy..."... i remembered how slow the five days past by... i remembered how that Christmas was different from all other Christmas... i remembered the day his dad was buried.... i remembered a whole lot of things... i remembered how things were after....
